The kiosk let me order, but would not take payment, so I had to pay at the counter. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit... meal. The food was delivered to my table quickly. However, the bacon tasted like it was not freshly cooked. And the hash brownwas extremely greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting awhile and put back into the fryer to heat again. For a casual McDonald's, it surpasses all others in customer service and fresh quality foods. I personally do recommend this for... a quick meal. Just keep an eye out when traffic gets heavy, they are alot of people's go-to as well. Read more
The Hotspot! Staff is always nice and helpful. That buy 1 get 1 for a dollar is a great deal. On the corporate side tho... McDonald's what's up with the patties on the big Mac...got one the other day and i couldn't even find them on there...C'monman!! Bring back those beefy patties! Read more
it took them 10 minutes to take my order said they wasn't ready had to get the cashier drawer ready...and it was the General... Manager! Her position is to make sure everything is ready to open! Another mgr kept reassuring me they would take my order soonbut was on her phone. Employees walking around on their phone then making food... gross! This McDonalds chain is letting down the brand. I go to McDonalds for consistency. Today, I was one of 3 customers inside when... the drive through was not busy (only 3 cars the whole time - I watched) they not only gave my order away? I enquired after 15minutes. But then gave me a wrong order. It took 50 minutes for 4 simple meals and drinks. When I got my meal, it was fullywithout toppings or dressing. Okay I am very upset ive been trying to get a hold through their phones to tell the manager about sticks being in my food, no... one had touched the phone in two days my whole order was messed up i got a crispy chicken deluxe and literally only had threestrips of lettuce and my drinks where wrong. I understand that I came at your late rush hour and that you guys are understaffbut this is unacceptable and lets not get on the fact they were trying to close by putting the trash bins to block the doors anhour and a half early then their dining room closing time. The food was good but McDonald's app is dumb for the 15 minute rule for deals. It sometimes malfunctions. Today it made me wait... 15 minutes after just looking at a deal. What a dumb idea, when deals were on the menu we never had such a dumb rule. Read more
