So disgusting place. The employees never replaced their gloves after touching money or cards. Then, using the same gloves, they... handled the food. The managers don't even care like the most of the McDonald's I have visited in the Orlando Area. Most of themare very rude. I literally sat in a line for a total of 15 minutes for two bundles when no one was in the line they messed up my order and... still had me waiting. I will not be returning to this establishment . Cashier at window one was not there so I proceeded the window 2. The server at window 2 told me to back my jeep up or drive... around the bldg to window one to pay. As a customer it was completely out of order and out of line. I was completely offended bythe lack of customer service. DO NOT EAT HERE! I waited as the only car in line for nearly 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. At the order box and... window I was immediately met with attitude. Complete trash!! Customer service is a negative 10 stars. False advertising. Not open 24 hours like they post. Had a mobile... order that was placed over 20 minutes before the menu change and I arrive for them to tell me they have no interest in making myorder even though it?s already paid for!
