I don't normally review the places I eat, but I've never seen an order arrive so quickly. We ordered and within 5 minutes they... brought it to our table. The food was great, they were constantly cleaning and picking everything up, and at the end of our mealthey asked us if there were any issues. Came here late at night after a concert & was so impressed by every aspect. The bathrooms were clean, the music were all bops,... the sitting areas were all very clean, all of our food was fresh & hot, & the customer service was excellent. The vibes wereimmaculate. First time dining in at this McDonalds since it was renovated and had a very pleasant experience. Vinny greeted me and my... daughter as we walked in and took our order. I had ordered a happy meal for my 2 year old daughter which currently has thePokemon cards as the toy. After we sat down and started earing Vinny came over to our table and handed us a stuffed bunny rabbithappy meal toy and said, "this would probably suit her better than the Pokemon cards." My daughter's eyes lit up after she sawthe toy and the whole time we were there eating she would not stop playing with the toy and loved it. Thank you for suchpersonable customer service. Great place to eat on the go. I went through Drive thru lane and ended up going inside because my French fries were too salty.... The manager was very accomdating to make new french fries without salt. Staff is friendly and location is convinced. The lobbywas clean and so was the Woman's bathroom. A+ Read more
Staff seemed very disorganized. I was standing at the counter for at least 10 minutes waiting to place my order while the two... customers in front of me were trying to pickup their orders. Male employee who was doing janitorial work left the supply closetwide open, seemed annoyed by everyone. Sweet older female employee was very helpful in getting orders out to the right people.On her way out she noticed the wide open supply closet and rather than just leave (she was off the clock) she left the door justcracked open and put a wet floor sign in front of it.
