Staff are friendly and helpful. Food quality is excellent. Like most restaurants, they are slightly under staffed, so a little... patience goes a long way. My burrito bowl had a lot of flavor and was perfectly seasoned. The quantity sizes of the protein and other ingredients,... however, disappointed me. The staff is incredibly pleasant and helpful. I had mobile ordered on the app, with ample time between my ordering and pickup. When I arrived, my order was not on the counter... so I waited by the counter as instructed on the front door. I stood and waiting about 5-10 minutes until I was acknowledged bysomeone. After the acknowledgment, I waited another 10 minutes before the order was in my hand. When I got home, I saw theydidn?t put my salsas, and they put guacamole on my bowl which wasn?t not on the ticket. In all, my order sat on the line for 20minutes getting cold. I normally eat at Chipotle because there is no Moe's where I live but they are very similar restaurants. If you like Chipotle... you will enjoy Moe's. Moe's is a bit cheaper though and you get free chips and salsa. Read more
