My friend's and I had a fun time here with a tasty late night snack. I had ordered the New York Style rolled ice cream, which... had a tiny slice of cheesecake on top and my choice of 3 extra toppings. Walked in and it was pretty busy.. hard to tell where the line started. There was no 'order here' sign and finally a worker told... us to order at the front. We ordered and there were several parties ahead of us. They kept naming off ice cream that no one wasaccounting for. It kept happening. Just very chaotic. Could easily be solved with putting names and the number on the cups.While we were waiting we saw a woman grab oreos with her bare hands and put them on someone's ice cream. Luckily ours was madewith people who wore gloves. Definitely feel this place is overrated and could use some organization. The ice cream was justok.. just regular ice cream that was overpriced. I came here for a late dessert and it exceeded my expectations. Not only is the icecream delicious it?s really fun to watch the... employees roll it and add in your desired toppings. They have a whole menu of well crafted rolled icecream sundaes with varioustoppings like Oreos, Nutella, coffee and more. They also sale milk tea. Yasmin was making our rolled Icecream and not only wasshe the only person working she was absolutely amazing. She was able to keep up with the busy traffic and had a smile on herface. It was our first time trying this place and she walked us through the menu and suggested toppings. My rolled icecream wasincredible I got vanilla Icecream, strawberries and Nutella with Pocky.
