We visited Norman’s to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We all shared appetizers and also second plates the third plate is... for the main course. Would certainly recommend the scallops and the shrimp for second plate the service was great. This is anupscale restaurant but you can certainly dress with resort formal attire such as jeans slacks for men long sleeve shirts for menand dresses for women.
