a penne for my thoughts.. November 19, 2022 Tyler our young server deserves more than all the stars in the sky for his... service, what a pleasant surprise this was and so refreshing. We loved this kid! He was super friendly, personable, and on pointon so many levels he's definitely the biggest reason we had such a great experience and meal. We are a group of 5 that just gotoff our cruise and eating was not really on our minds but our friend really loves Olive Garden and convinced us to go, sure gladwe did on this night. The place is large and nicely decorated, hosts were quiet just told us there was a 10 minute wait whichwasn't bad as it was dinner time. Lots of staff around but no one was noticeable they were just out and about doing their jobattending to their tables. Food is good, great value for your meal, I mean who can eat that much? Everything tasted good, soupcould do a bit more heat but we heard the servers had to make that and salads too which I couldn't imagine if it got super busy.Drinks were yummy, atmosphere for this place was what you make it so it appears for tonight's feels. KUDOS and Thank you to Leslie! On Veterans Day my friend and I received the best customer service as we ate the bar. I ordered... Chicken Gnocchi Soup and Cheese Ravoli with Meat Sauce from the set complimentary menu. We carried on a great conversation andenjoyed every minute and bite of our meal! Superb restaurant with some of the best most kindest staff. The restaurant is huge with great ambience. You can’t go wrong... with anything on their menu. Love their gnocchi, pastas, bread, salads and everything. The drink menu is great with some ofreally refreshing and cool drinks. Read more

We placed a reservation and was told 15 minute wait time. 30 minutes went by we went to check to find out the person in front... never took our reservation and couldn't find our name. They wanted us to wait additional 15-20 minutes for their mistake! Wecomplained and got seated. There were available tables but yet so many people were waiting. Then we were seated with no cutleryand given salad and nothing to eat it with. The waiter said that at front was supposed to give us and who gave us the Salad. The food was awesome unfortunately I didn't take a picture of what I ordered but it was Salmon and broccoli and it wasdelicious. Food was great only wait time and the lack of accountability for their mistake. I still give them.5 stars as theirbread came in handy on my flight back to Toronto. Read more

Highly recommend this location for the amazing food & fantastic service! The stuffed Ziti Fritta appetizer is just incredible,... each bite oozing with cheesy goodness. Absolutely loved the Chicken Tortellini Alfredo & the Giant Cheese Stuffed Shells for ourmains and of course the delicious garlic breadsticks. Everything was served hot & fresh and the service was very efficient eventhough they were very busy. Read more

I'm here to report the bad experience I had at Olive Garden in Orlando. I went to dinner with my mother and to my surprise as... soon as we sat at the table the attendant immediately said that we should order the drinks and food immediately, I confess thatI was surprised by this attitude but we made the orders and my drink order took more than 30 minutes to arrive and my momordered a Coke and a lemonade came. I had to order my drink 4 times before someone brought my drink. when I was almost donewith dinner my drink arrived. therefore I do not recommend Orlando's Olive Garden. the employees do not insist on providinggood service and often put us in embarrassing situations 0/10.
