Ordered 1 item to go, around noon. Waited 13 minutes, from 12:19 - 12: 32, in the parking lot space, after receiving text that... my order was ready. I watched as the guy went to 3 cars and delivered their items. I figured he was coming right back to mebecause I was parked in the appropriate spot and you can't miss my car! Nope. I finally went inside to get my item. My order wasplaced in an oversized brown bag where there were no napkins or forks AND it was cold! That annoyed me because I explained howspecial this order was when I placed it .... Terrible experience. . I should have paid later so I didn't have to leave a tip forthe Take Out guy doing absolutely nothing. Ate with fingers and stopped at the CVS close by, for wipes, when we realized wedidn't even have napkins. Read more
This was the worst meal we have had in a long time. We ordered two bone in rib eye steaks. One medium well and one well done. ... There was so much gristle in both steaks we could only eat a small portion of each one and brought the rest home for the dog. Our waitress left much to be desired. She brought us bread and water when we first sat down but had to ask for straws andplates for the bread along with napkins. Had to ask for silverware twice. They weren't that busy many empty tables. Theirsteaks were very low grade beef and very very disappointing. We told the manager about our experience and he wanted me to leavemy name with him so next time we came in he could offer us something. Didn't wait to find out what. We told him "no thanks" wewould not be coming back. This place doesn't come close to the food and service we always have at Longhorns. We chose Outbackbecause I was given a $25 gift card for my birthday. Worst birthday dinner ever!! Read more
Absolutely amazing service tonight from Christian (George S)! He was pleasant and and answered all of our questions about menu... items with good humor. I came down to visit friends. Convinced one of my friends to try the grilled ribeye. Outback did notdisappoint. It was delicious I ordered one for myself also. ????I asked for a medium steak AND RECEIVED A MEDIUM STEAK! ????(In most restaurants they arrive medium well). My friend?s daughters have me hooked on dipping my fries in honey mustard sauce(try it once and you will be just as hooked). Overall, this was a great night with friends and great service from out waiter. We will definitely return again if this is the kind of food and service that we will receive. Read more

My husband and I would only rate this place a 5 star when PRESTON is working to bad he doesn?t work there anymore ???? he was a... very sweet guy who took pride in his work! every time I came here when Preston wasn?t working it?s always been hell like forexample last night the waitress was horrible and who ever was working the kitchen shouldn?t be. My family and I have been going to this Outback location over the last couple of months or so and the service and food quality... has improved drastically! I appreciate all of the improvements along with my server Jackie F.! The place definitely has aneighborhood feel like it should. Look forward to being a regular moving forward. Read more
