I was very impressed by Cherie! As I entered PF CHANGS she greeted me warmly. She asked if I could spread the word that they... were open after she asked if I needed any condiments or utensils. I gave my business card to her as my credit union orders manycatered lunches. Cherie really cared about the business being a success! It?s refreshing! The staff was incredible for they were so helpful and really care about their customers. Two of staff brought my order outside... and wished me Happy Birthday. In addition, they gave me a birthday card signed by the individuals working there tonight. I havenever experienced such great customer service. Good was outstanding. Read more
This was supposed to be our last family dinner together this holiday weekend, and we loved PF Changs prior to this visit. We... decided to try the PF Changs to go location and we were shocked at the prices for the portions. Is your company that desperateto charge $18.50 for a bowl of Mongolian beef ?(picture attached below) No more than 6 or 7 pieces of beef and maybe a half acup of rice, but a LOT of onions. Panda Express gives you more than double for half the price, but your quality of food is onlyslightly better. Very disappointed. $150 order for 4 bowls, 3 apps, and 1 entree. The presentation was sloppy and portions wereconsistently not worth the prices. We got completely ripped off. Will not be back here. It is sad that this company didn?tdeliver its value during this time of economic downturn. Read more
I ordered the Mongolian Beef with a side of noodles ($32) and received 12 pieces of beef in the meal. On the side of the... container it came in there was a sticker stating 12 oz of Mongolian Beef and I just knew it was completely off so I had to weighit. There were 6 oz of meat in this meal. I had ordered this larger portion under the impression it would be enough for two asthere were other options for single plates between $16-$18. Order from somewhere else, this place is a bust with underwhelmingand underpromised portions. Read more
We were really looking forward to this restaurant. Unfortunately, it wasn?t what we expected. We ordered a meal w extra... eggplant, and our normal local Chinese delivers a significantly bigger, mor flavorful dish. What we received was meant for oneperson and nothing extra. Also, the LoMein was exceptionally plain, just noodles and soy sauce?.for $5 extra. We will tryagain in a few months, but pretty disappointed w our first pickup experience, especially for the price. Takeout was quick and cashier was pleasant. To our disappointment the food was not good at all. Had a Mongolian beef bowl which... had about 5 small pieces of beef covered entirely with green onions, more that what should be sufficient to season the food.Also had the kung pao shrimp which was extremely salty and overall unpleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food is made from scratch so very fresh. They offer a limited menu not the full... P.F.Chang?s menu which was fine. I did not call ahead so the wait was to be 15-20 minutes. It was ready in 10! Very pleased! Read more
It was mine and my husbands first time at a PF Changs and I have to say the food is very delicious, so full of flavor, the store... is super clean and the customer service is amazing. Sherie was our cashier this evening, she was friendly and helpful, shedidn?t rush us to order and gave us options. Amazing, will definitely return! Read more
