Ordered doordash thru this Panda Express location total was over 100 dollars was missing a bigger plate 12 Rangoons and sweat... and sour sauce. Resturant took no responsibility said since it was ordered thru doordash it was not there problem. Had theygiven the dasher the full order it would have been on doordash but they failed to do so. Not the biggest of losses seeing as thefood we did get wasn't fit for a last meal on death row let alone my family of 5. Definitely not like the Panda Express backhome in Tennessee they actually prepare good food and take care of the customers I guess when your serving tourist quality andcustomer service got out the window. Good staff. Come here once in a while. The new cashier needs to work on remembering things though. Forgot I was waiting for a... side order and forgot the customer in front of me was a vet and charged him full price. Read more

Dish poorly served, it's absurd to pay $7.50 for a bowl where two measly pieces of meat came, the server filled with broccoli. ... My husband's dish was also poorly served. If i can do zero star i would. Lol! Their system is down and cant do card so i need to order online for me to pay card. (Its... understandable) no problem with that. The main problem is, after i did online order while in the store, they are super slow andkept on talking to each other and not doing their job even they are super SLOW! and i can see 8-10 employees in the store. Noorders at all just mine. If i didnt say anything about my order they wont do it. Panda corporate should do something about this.Very poor customer service. Read more
They forgot my teriyaki sauce. The little girl in drive thru didn't even bother saying "thank you, come again." Instead she... handed me my food and slammed the drive thru window in my face. I know I've got a scary face, but I had no intention on scaringher. Read more
It?s not even the restaurant, it?s the people who work there, super ghetto, always on the phone and not even professional.... There?s been multiple times I went giving a chance and it?s like every response is with an attitude because they don?t have itor there just being super lazy. Like if you don?t want to work than don?t work go continue collecting unemployment at thispoint. But it?s unfortunate how the company itself serve good food but hire lazy employees.
