Hello. My name is Baja Bowl With Chicken. Look at me! I'm pretty!... Okay.. To be serious though, I just picked up this beauty:... no corn, no beans, two pieces of chicken and third of the normal amount of rice. It honestly looks like somebody didn't finisheating it and through it away but it was picked up by the Panera employer and resold again for the price of $13. Thank you fornot even pretending to try, wonderful people of Panera Bread on 9607 Lake Nona Village Pl, Orlando, FL. Definitely not comingback there ever again or any of Panera locations. It's a pity, I used to love this restaurant. Good bye Panera! Read more

Spent over $7 on an avocado, egg white, and spinach bagel. They barely put any avocado on the bagel, and the few pieces they put... were turning brown! The spinach also looks like it?s going bad! Wth?! I?m very unhappy and will not be going to this locationagain! Read more

I know this is a late review but when I went to get a to go order the cashier named Ethan took my order. It was one of my first... times at a Panera and he was very patient with me and helped me picked the best food. The food came out pretty quickly andnothing was wrong about my order. 10/10 would eat there again. Read more

This location always gets order details wrong. Terrible customer service. Today spent 20$ that was a waste. Ordered a whole... tuna. Got a half tuna sandwich With maybe 1 1/2 tablespoons of tuna on it. So mostly ate bread with an onion and tomato on it.Order a bowl of soup. Was given a cup. Asked for pickle on side, was given no pickle. Was given no utensils. Glad we were headedhome to eat. I would go spend your money elsewhere. Read more

Beautiful property & hotel. A bit dated in some ways. They get 3-stars because I don?t appreciate bad service to the extent we... received at their restaurant for breakfast. After being seated for 20 minutes, watching every other family receive immediateservice, and making numerous requests for service, your staff lost our business. Read more

I've been to this location a few times and mainly just had bagels and had okay experiences. The last two times I got lunch to go... and have been severely disappointed. Last time, no croutons for my soup, no side and no spoon, luckily I was heading homeanyways but outside of utensils, it was a major bummer when I got home. Today, similar experience. The woman working at theregister seemed frazzled when she needed a large amount of change for a customer in front of me. The manager ended up bringingit over in the middle of taking my order and she finished while the other girl went to a different register. While she didmention that they needed change, it seemed like a bad time to do/switch positions in the middle of a customer ordering. I alsoordered a bagel and if I hadn't asked for it, neither of them would have gotten it. (This seems like a common thread even whenI've just ordered one or two bagels before, almost forgotten by the time I pay) As for my lunch, yet another time with noutensils or croutons, I checked for the side before I walked out this time so I knew that was there. Really disappointingexperiences. I used to work at a Panera in high school and ended up managing a Philly location a few years ago, so even though Iknow Panera has changed some processes and this is a different franchise, I think the quality of training/customer service couldbe improved on in this location, especially since there was just one other person ordering inside when I was there. Quality offood is okay, but also seems to have declined over the last few years (of course, this is not this locations fault). Otherwise, the location is clean and seems well maintained and I like the outdoor patio. I have not been through the drive thru so I cannotspeak to the experience or potential wait times. Read more

I had ordered a simple bacon , egg & cheese croissant toasted, to go; however it took them three times to get the sandwich order... correct. Then it was still cold after the third attempt. I decided to just eat it regardless, since it wasn?t worth waitinganother 20 minutes for them to get the order correct. It was also supposed to be a to go order, but guess that didn?t get righteither ?? Read more

Love Panera Bread. I had 1/2 chicken salad sandwich and half strawberry salad while my sister had 1/2 grilled cheese and Mac n... Cheese. We were both happy with our food. Read more
