Paid 3.39 for a fountain drink and was met with a downright rude attitude, and all i was asking for was my cup. Dealing with 3... orders can be stressful, but it takes 2 quick seconds while waiting for others to cook. Meanwhile the team lead is just standingin the front of the register. I made an online order and when it was time to pick up no one even looked at my ticket. This was in the morning time. They were... so worried about opening the store they didn?t even start the app orders. This was a very unpleasant experience and do notrecommend using the app in the morning nobody will work on your order. Customer should always come first in my book. I requesteda refund. Read more
I have regular appointments in this area and usually they are early in the day, so I haven't had breakfast by that time. So... after the first part, I go down to Panera Bread and have a breakfast feast with my either my mom, my sister or my boyfriend.Every time I have come here, except for two instances, I have ordered my food through the KIOSK (really they are iPads), where Iam able to modify my order however I please, something I enjoy doing truly, because that way I get exactly what I want. I am thekind of person who forgets words when ordering with a regular cashier, so this makes ordering for me 10x's easier. I highlyrecommend this option for those who are shy or simply antisocial or are having a day when they don't feel like talking toanyone. I have noticed that it takes me personally forever to order because I like to double my order, I am just a person wholikes super specific things a super specific way. I recommend this location for their prompt service, accurate orders and aclean space to dine in. Read more
Although it?s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with... the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing. Read more
Hello everyone. Well... I've been coming here for years being that this Planets Bread is so very close to my job. No complaints... from me. I must say that the baked breads, OMG, I love me some bread and when it's baked to perfection, even better. Staff isalways friendly and helpful and this place stays clean. Haven?t been to a Panera in a while, so we stopped by for lunch. It was really good, their cheddar broccoli soup is hands down... the best. The way for our food was abnormally long, but Amy, who took our order made up for it with her great customer service.Bubbly personality and just made us feel at home. Had a great lunch in. Read more
I have an unfair review sorry... We used the self psy screens n was very disappointed. It said some items were unavailable, no... printed receipt, fetch user here, and as we went towards register we saw brownies we could not order. Thankful the staff wassuper nice and corrected our order. Definitely appreciate the human interaction way more! ???? Read more
