This location allows pets. I specifically asked the employees about this. The manager said there was nothing she could do. ... The manager then said that Panera's policy was to allow emotional support animals. Service dogs are allowed in restaurants. Emotional support animals are not. According to this employee, Panera's policy allows emotional support animals (in violationof law). The customer said it was a service dog, but when asked what service it provides, she said, "I don't know." She alsosaid that she did not have a disability. If you don't have a disability and you don't know what service your dog provides, thenPanera should have asked the women to leave with her alleged service dog. I ended up leaving without ordering. I used to be aregular patron of this restaurant. I do not want to eat in a restaurant that has this little regard for sanitary conditions. Read more

My dressing isn?t even a quarter full. Can maybe top a piece of lettuce with this? Like come on now.
Absolutely Horrible. Went in last Monday with several gift cards...and what I was served a dog wouldn't eat. $18 for a half... sandwich (inedible)...a luke warm bowl of soup (inedible) and a completely Wilted Caesar salad with stale croutons....allinedible.
