Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was the same as it has always been which is pretty tasty. Overall just what you expect

This location allows pets. I specifically asked the employees about this. The manager said there was nothing she could do. ... The manager then said that Panera's policy was to allow emotional support animals. Service dogs are allowed in restaurants. Emotional support animals are not. According to this employee, Panera's policy allows emotional support animals (in violationof law). The customer said it was a service dog, but when asked what service it provides, she said, "I don't know." She alsosaid that she did not have a disability. If you don't have a disability and you don't know what service your dog provides, thenPanera should have asked the women to leave with her alleged service dog. I ended up leaving without ordering. I used to be aregular patron of this restaurant. I do not want to eat in a restaurant that has this little regard for sanitary conditions. Read more

My lunch was so good, I enjoyed my lunchtime at Panera Bread on East Colonial Drive. The employees there are so courteous and... respectful. The food was made to order, hot and ready and tastier than your choice of restaurant! Read more

My dressing isn?t even a quarter full. Can maybe top a piece of lettuce with this? Like come on now.

Absolutely Horrible. Went in last Monday with several gift cards...and what I was served a dog wouldn't eat. $18 for a half... sandwich (inedible)...a luke warm bowl of soup (inedible) and a completely Wilted Caesar salad with stale croutons....allinedible. Avoid this place like the plague. Shame on them. Read more

Good location, ample parking, sufficient menu variety, professional acting staff, prices as expected. Only negative is since... Covid their closing times have varied due to personnel shortages. Read more

This location is in rough shape. Everything is dirty. Also they refuse to have your order ready at rapid pickup because "people... are stealing them" I just want to order my drink, arrive and grab it off the shelf. I am on a 30 mile bike ride. When I getthere I have to now wait in line and give them my name and phone number to receive my order.... There is no point to ordering itonline. Read more

Our office orders from this location at least once every week, and each time we spend between $80-$100. The lettuce in the salad... is almost always wilted and a murky brown color. The bread is usually cold and the desserts are stale, more often than not. Welike this location simply because it is the only one that will deliver to our office, but unfortunately we don?t always have thebest experience. Read more
