We have been coming to Panera Bread for many years and it?s almost always good. Today was good but a little sad too. I ordered a... bacon egg and cheese on brioche and it was served with one little and super thin piece of bacon. I might of well had had just anegg and cheese sandwich. Panera can do better. On the flip side the 4 cheese soufflé and pecan braid were bothwonderful. Service by Marie was friendly,nice and quick. Read more
Bernice really is such a sweetheart she took mine and my mothers order and really helped us in understanding the menu and their... specials she is such a darling. We originally had a mix up with our order the lasts visit and she just did the most to help uscorrect the mishap and really went above and beyond to help us so because of lovely Bernice this is now our go to Panera. Givethat angel a gold star a paid day off anything she really does deserve it for how sweet she is. Read more
Chicken Noodle soup- edible but very average. Pepperoni Flatbread- wouldn?t feed it to my dogs. Took two bites and walked out.... I?m not by any means a picky eater but like several big restaurant chains, food quality is not on their focus five and it?sclear Panera has taken this path as well. Folks, do yourself and your family a favor and find a local establishment that putsquality into their dishes! Local is always better and I?m kicking myself for not taking my own advice. Read more
Ok place, drive thru was closed, very few options in drinks because most of them are out of availability. No announcements to... pickup your order when it is ready. It was very busy for lunch on Saturday and Located on international drive close to seaworld. I will not visit again. Read more
I?ve eaten at Panera several times but this place was terrible. My sister and I ordered two pick 2?s - one chipotle chicken... sandwich which was ok she rated it a 6/10. The teriyaki chicken & broccoli bowl tasted like it was frozen prior and microwaved,it had no flavor. I rate it a 4/10. We both got mac n cheese as the second item and it was literally so watery and runny. Ourdrinks were good, but the food was so disappointing and overpriced. Just had my first experience with flat bread pizza from Panera Bread being it's my visit from long time eating here, now I... remember why I stop eating at Panera Bread!!! Ordered this sausage pepperoni flat pizza and it is disgusting!!! Taste likefrozen bite pizza that has been left in the freezer for a long time!! Also ordered white cheddar steak and it was not to badjust barely had any steak mostly just bread. Read more
This place is dirty, spider webs with spiders crawling around inside. Overflowing garbage bins, garbage on the ground, no clean... tables. The food prep area was so dirty, nothing looks like it'd been cleaned in weeks. Normally, when I get a breakfast wrapat other Paneras, I get double what they gave me today. It was mostly cheese. My chai latte was essentially milk with somesyrup. Gross. I ordered a pick up an hour prior and they hadn't even started it or paid attention to it until I walked up andtold them. Then, they couldn't find it. They decided to keep working on in house orders instead of my pre-ordered pick up.That's not how other Paneras run. They gave us the wrong drinks. Poor customer service. Manager on duty on Sunday morning was rude, while all the other employees were nice. There was no one... else in line or waiting, yet I waited 5+ minutes to order a coffee? with my unlimited sip club membership. When I informed themanager that, she held up her hand and told me I just had to wait. She was too busy fulfilling mobile orders apparently. Read more
