When I first moved back home here to Orlando, Florida, part of the welcome pack I received from my apartment complex included a... coupon for pizza since Papa John's is, literally, right down the street. I should've known that'd be the beginning of theend. Yes, Papa John's is known for low quality. And, yes, Papa John's is also known for abhorrent customer service. However,I never dreamed it would be this bad. Please, let me know how unclear this message is..."CONTACTLESS DELIVERY! LEAVE AT DOOR!" Further, on the Papa John's website, the "Leave At Door" box was checked. I've now been waiting for over three hours. Nofood, nothing at the door. However, my neighbors did tell me that someone was, futily, knocking at my door. This locationshould be avoided at all costs. No directions are able to be followed. It is a shame. Read more
I ordered sausage & cheese pizza, it was delicious, fresh & well done. My order was quick, and very good. The clerk in the store... (in the drive thru) was very attentive, friendly & polite. Recently ordered a pizza from this location that arrived with a massive bubble in it. Never once from my normal location on... Turkey Lake have I ever gotten that. I think it would be better to call the customer and offer to remake the pizza or offer adiscount if one of the bigger slices arrives practically inedible. Drivers are efficient and punctual, even in the rain. Iwould order from this location again. Can't argue with best rewards program in existence. Read more
I had no problem until last night. When did papa john start making pizza with a 2 inch crust?
I ordered two medium pizzas. They were delivered on time and they were delicious it was a very nice experience.
