The so called GM Darrin Chrisp is a total A##hole! Super unprofessional super extremely rude!! So they have been delivering to... us on a regular basis guess DH Darrin was having a bad Day and decided he didn?t want to deliver to us anymore! Because as ofDecember they had changed delivery areas. I tried explaining to him that I had just ordered received a delivery last week. Hewas trying to brush me off the phone and sounded like he absolutely hates his job, claimed that he was the GM and he ran theshow! Terrible experience STAY AWAY! Read more
This was a horrible experience. We received a gift card for $75 and when we went to use it we never received our food. We were... told it was delivered to the wrong address but never received a photo of the delivered food. Then we got a credit for $13dollars less than the original amount we started with. We were told that the $13 was to pay the store and driver even though weput in our address before we ordered and never received a phone call from the driver. We specifically put on the order to handus the food and not leave it outside. This is an obvious scam and there was no intention of ever bringing us food or completingour order. Placed an order 4/6/22. The driver arrived at my house without my pizza. Mistake on his part. Called the store and informed... them. The girl on the phone said I would get a free pizza in the future for my troubles. I asked her how I would redeem it. Shesaid it would be added to my Papa John's account. 2 weeks later, nothing. So don't expect them to make it up to you after theyscrew up your order. Read more
This place irritates me, unfortunately. You can't order delivery with them online for some reason, even though they're right... down the street from my workplace and I've seen their delivery vehicles. In the past, I had a horrible experience with aparticular delivery guy they had - He went to his manager with accusations of me stealing my workplace's money, and then themanager had the audacity to call MY boss to report these false allegations and suggest he "watch out" for my behavior. Both meand my boss were amazed and insulted! This all started because the delivery driver thought I tipped him too low, which I onlydid because he was very rude and tried to walk out with my entire work envelope of money used to pay for the bill. I dealt withthat guy a few more times before finally calling the location and asking a different manager on-duty to never send that driverto our establishment again. Thankfully, that seem to take care of THAT problem. I will say that there have been some amazinglypleasant drivers from this location before, and I'm always delighted when I get friendly people to bring us our large orders...but I can't even experience that now that the website states they don't deliver from that location. Now our deliveries getfiltered to a farther Papa John's. Sigh Read more
We ordered chicken pizza, but we hardly find chicken in it. Lot of jalapeños and banana peppers. What kinda pizza it is? Worst... pizza I ever ate!!! Read more
If I could leave negative stars I would, I ordered a cheese pizza and the pizza I received was pathetic. It was over cooked and... the dough was completely flat on one side. It was like eating cardboard with a sprinkle of cheese. I called the store to letthem know the pizza was cold and that I?d like it remade or just a refund. The very ignorant person on the phone told me thatthe pizza is cold because I supposedly ordered light cheese, which I did not, and that due to the small amount of cheese itwould be cold because of the long drive to my house (even though we only live 8 minutes away). Disgusting, unsatisfactory, andno customer service at all. Would not recommend -5/10. Read more
They didn?t clean their hands before making pizza, other employees touches their hair and goes right back to make pizza without... washing their hands. I?m sorry but I don?t recommend this place, I lost my appetite after seeing them typed on the keyboard andwithout washing hands goes back to making pizza. Read more
