Ordered a pizza with the app accidently by cash. Only had $100s. When driver came he was willing to take my $100 and bring me... back change tomorrow. When I said that won't be happening we can call in and take the card over the phone when we connected thecall after put on a brief hold he just walked back to his car and started to drive away. Took a picture of his plate then he gotout in the middle of the street and started taking pictures of my home. Ee found that incredibly creepy. When calling back intalked to a manager who said it's not their policy to take 100s amd that they can take another order from us but they can'tpromise it won't be the same driver. I had ordered a pizza last night and it did not exceed expectations. They gave us a flat pizza with no crust. There were barely... any toppings on it (pineapple, etc), and the pizza did not taste fresh. The employees also forgot to add garlic sauce and wereeven told off by one of the workers. In this case, I had ordered 4 sauces, and when an employee noticed that they weren?tinside, she was quickly able to give the sauces. The people in charge of making pizza should receive more training prior toworking there. Read more
I used to work here some years ago. Past couple times recently I've had to interact with the store it seems to be a well oiled... machine. Kudos to ownership for the vast improvements. Read more
I don't know who prepared the pizza today ( 8/22 5pm) but it's Sooooo delicious!!! The right amount of cheese and pepperoni. The... sauce was tasty and the crust was just right. I ordered the Large Epic Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust Pepperoni. Best pizza I've had inOrlando. (Out of pizza hut, domino's and hungry howies) Read more
Customer service is horrible here. From being hung up on to the driver calling, then showing up at the wrong house and then... never hearing anything back about my order like he promised I am thoroughly disgusted by the service I received today. I am nowwaiting another 45 minutes to receive my meal but if I wouldn?t have called I would have heard anything. The other person who Ispoke with said how ?busy? the store is as if to say my issue doesn?t matter. I hope better people who are concerned about thecustomer and can work well under pressure help this store. Read more
I bought the same pizza late last nite & it was delicious! Tonite, I guess it's the uniform I was wearing. Look at this burnt,... cut any which way pizza! Now it will be another few years before I support you guys! Look ok till you try tearing it apart! Read more

This pizza place is horrible for customer service. Also they sold me expired cheese sauce. Ya'll better start checking the dates... on the bottom of your sauces. The 1st time, I check the date and they swap it out. The 2nd time, I got home forgetting to check,they give me a credit. For the 3rd time, I told my hubby to check and it dated Aug 22nd. We in November. That's sad. I had tocheck them for not doing inventory. It makes me wonder do they do it for everything esle. We as people don't know. I will neverorder from them again. Read more
