Nice place. Cozy. Good organic wine selection (not sure what this means). Limited tasty menu of Peruvian-American cuisine.

What a cute and cozy spot! Our server was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. The food was absolutely delicious! The... flavors were incredible and I definitely recommend trying the beef lomo. They have a spicy salsa for the chaufa, so be sure totry that! Read more

One of the things I love the most about Papa Llama is that every single time we go (or order take out) it is consistent in how... incredible it is. The quality of food, its flavors, and overall customer service are always on point. We love supporting ourlocal restaurants but Papa Llama has a special place in our hearts. It's perfect for a date night or cozy dinner with friends, you can't go wrong with anything on their menu (including their natural wine selection!) but please do yourself a favor and trythe lomo (they also have a delicious mushroom variation for vegetarian/vegan clients!) Well… fusion or no fusion, this was AMAZING Peruvian food! AND… amazing wine. How can you go wrong with that! The ensalada... de as a perfect light and delicate start to a carnival of flavors in the lomo saltado. The steak cooked perfectly and the switchto grape tomatoes in the lomo… genius. Still firm but super tasty. On to the wine… Tempranillo was fruit forward, not mypersonal preference but still very balanced and delightful. Now the Rouge Onde, a beautiful blend of full bodied grapes, wasright up my alley! Big, dry and complimented the lomo like peanut butter on jelly. Overall, service and food.. 10 out of ten!???? Reservation only. Latin fusion, not Peruvian food. Check menu before making reservation. $25 per person if you don't cancel... two hours prior to reservation time. Casual dining in Curry Ford strip mall next to Atomic tattoos. To my surprise, the menuhad changed the day of my reservation, so I was extremely disappointed when I arrived. No arroz chaufa, No chicharron calamari,No papa rellena...everything I had been reading about for months, let down. Also, $18 for mediocre chicken thigh, which I hadto dip in my Shroom sauce for flavor; another unfortunate disappointment. There are so many great Peruvian food eateries inOrlando, this is not one. Papa llama reminds me of a Brooklyn pop up, cute concept with good craft beer. Read more

This modern, cozy Peruvian restaurant will take you on a journey of flavor and culture, an experience unlike any other I've seen... in the Orlando area. The service is impeccable. Proper precautions for Covid are in place and well communicated. Great choicesof wine and craft beer available. I recommend bringing a few friends and trying "one of everything". This what I did on myfirst visit and was so satisfied with that decision. There are intense, unique flavors in all the dishes, so much so that you'llbe considering drinking the leftover gravy or calling for more rice to get every last bit of goodness on your plate. The decoris modern and intriguing. The furniture comfortable and cozy. Unique bits of Peruvian culture all over the place, even in thebathroom, will make you want to stop and admire the decor.
