Pizza hut is normally my favorite Pizza food chain to order from but this recent order, I was highly upset. The Pizza was dry,... cotton mouth dry, the bread sticks was also. I ordered a personal pan pizza, cheesybread, and container of red pepper flakes. Did not receive the two sauces that were... supposed to come with the breadsticks, or the red pepper flakes. I called the store to let them know and they said ?The best wecan do is a store credit? I asked ?Can you please refund me directly?? They said they could not. I then asked ?Can you deliverthe missing items?? They said ?I?ll see what we can do about that? and abruptly hung up on me. Read more

I ordered a thin crust and it was so hard to chew I don?t know what was up with the crust,something was wrong the breading on... the boneless chicken wasn?t on the chicken it was in the bottom of the container and the sauce that I ordered was not thesauce I ordered.
