Half cheese missing on pizza called for a remake & manager at this location Amanda argued and gave attitude about how she made... it with a single cup portion of cheese . I began to tell amanda my job is not to put the cheese on the pizza. when i buy mypizza i expect it to have cheese. she says she can make a remake but then claim she has oven problems so i asked for a refundinstead and she denies a refund because she claims she made the pizza with a single cup portion of cheese and wont remake thepizza at this point. Really disappointed i order here all the time and to recieve that behavior and attitude from a managerposition she should not be a manager. Read more

When I placed my order today for some reason I selected "pan" but intended for "hand toss" so to my chagrin I was disappointed... when I went to pick the pizzas that was intended for my 4yr old Birthday party. However I must say that the manager on duty (Ibelieve her name was Amanda but I could be wrong) was sensitive to my situation and without even asking she offered to make metwo replacements for the two I mis-ordered. Not only did she do that but she also wrote on the boxes "Happy Birthday" w/stickers. I tell you, it was such a blessing to have someone do something that kind with a great attitude. Ordered a surprise birthday pizza for my dad. The man who took my call was super cool and helpful. And the driver arrived at the... door at the EXACT time I requested. And he followed my delivery instructions! Everything was great! Read more
Pizza was ready when I arrived so no issues there. Coincidentally this pizza store is directly next to another store literally... on top of another Italian pizzeria on the side/hip of the plaza. The pizza tasted great and I would give them an A+ on thepresentation of the pizza itself and bonus points for being environmentally friendly and conserving cardboard use. See picsbelow. Read more
