This is the 3rd time I'm missing a pizza and call the store and no one answers. Don't order from this store there out of drivers... and door dash does the delivery for this location. Pizza hut is good just not this location. You can't place a order over thephone you have to do it online. This isnt the first time thks had happen. I've given the place multiple chances, and I've decided not to come here anymore. The last couple times I went there, for a... carryout that I already paid for mind you. I've been met with utter dismissal from the people who worked there. Today inparticular, after making a carryout order online, and giving them double the time to get it done. I waited ten mins for thelady to even acknowledge me, only to find out they didn't even have the order done. When asked further, they didn't have theorder, and even questioned if I was in the right place. All the while, I was given the attitude that my very presence there topick up something that was already paid for, should've already been done, was a nuisance. Best part, it wasn't even busy. Inthe 15 out of the 22 mins I waited, I was the only one there. They even seemed confused about other orders, and spent more timearguing with each other than getting their orders straight. I eventually said screw it and requested a refund. This isn't thefirst time I've experienced something like this at this particular location. Whoever the lady was that was in charge today, sheclearly doesn't know how to manage her people, let alone act in a professional and decent manner. Read more

I used to like this Pizza Hut not it's an awful place. I have had two bad experiences. One thing when I ordered 8 boneless wings... they were little tiny pieces. Now today I spent over $60. Ordered pizza, cinnabon's and wings. Didn't receive my wings. When Icalled to let them know the person who answered said " Man that's bad! " Totally inappropriate. Will never order from themagain!!!!!!! Was also told they would refund me $30.00. Never happened. So now they are liars as well as cheats. Read more

Order a the Brooklyn pepperoni pizza. Called after 1 hr and half was told that the driver was on the way. Waited another hr... called back said they should be at my address in a few minutes. Waited 30 more min they said we could get a credit or have itreordered after I told him I wanted to reorder he said they couldn?t take cash I would have to contact door dash. Worst placeever?.
