The order was filled correctly. The temperature of the food was spot on. The pizza crust was fresh and just the right softness... with plenty of sauce and toppings. The wings had plenty of sauce and were a good size. Read more

Ordered curbside online. Checked in when I arrived. Was instructed to call. Unfortunately no actual person ever answered. ... There's a continuous advertising message playing and that's it. I checked in 3 times, sat on hold for over 30 minutes. I waitedbecause 1. Never had an issue with curbside before. I thought maybe they were short staffed and busy 2. Recently had kneereplacement surgery so I had a cane and a lot of pain and it was raining... However, while waiting, I saw someone pull up inthe fire lane and their order was brought out to them so I did the same thing. More waiting. Tried calling again 3 times. Same result. Finally went inside. Told the person I had a curbside order. After some minor trouble, he finally located myorder. 3 boxes and a liter of pop, my cane and the rain... definitely was NOT a pleasant experience. ???? Read more

Every single time I come here there is an issue. I always order contactless and everytime I have to go in to get my food. After... waiting about 10mins after the app says my order is ready. They never answer the phone. When I go in the food sometimes isn'tready. Everyone seems confused and no one apologies for the delay or confusion. They always say they're short staffed. I gave 2stars instead of one because the food itself isn't too bad, it is however always overcooked or undercooked. No one wears glovesor hair nets. They stand in back in a huddle and only one worker doing all the work while you can see other workers on theircell phones.....ridiculous! Read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered one pizza, some wings & fries at 5:30pm and by 7pm it still... hadn?t showed up so we called and we?re told that it had gone out for delivery at 6:54pm, it is now 8:30pm and we had calledasking for refund and they had no idea if our food had gone out for delivery, even been made or not, nothing. They canceled theentire order without even asking and said we?ll be issued our refund in a week so we waited 3 hours for no food and to hope weactually get our money back. Never ordering from here again, and we?re now worried about ordering from Pizza Hut in general everagain. Read more

I love Pizza Hut, but I have to be brutally honest the pizza at this particular location doesn?t taste good. The pizza I?ve had... here has been dry, flavorless, and burned. I get better quality pizza inside of a Target nearby. I thought maybe it was just abad one time experience. So I came back another time and the pizza still didn?t taste good. That said, the staff here havealways been really cool to me. But I?d appreciate the quality to improve. Read more

Update: Pizza Hut did contact me and apologized. They provided me with a credit and was able to go back and order a new pizza... with no issue. The situation has been resolved, which I appreciate. I'm not sure what is going on with this location. I'veordered here plenty of times with no issues. Today they said they did not see that I placed an order online even though I had areceipt. The lead or manager (not sure of her title) just seemed really confused and like she didn't know how to deal withpeople. A lady in front of me was also complaining about something else. The front was getting crowded and no one else came tohelp. After all this time, its safe to say I'd never go back. Told me to contact my bank over the charge because there wasnothing she could do even though I had the confirmation number which she also never tried to write down. I ordered two orders. I entered two different addresses and I received two different emails with the two different addresses... with two different confirmation numbers. They were both delivered to the same address. I called the store and they refused tohelp. By the time my son-in-law drove the pizzas over to my house they were cold. I was very disappointed. I would reallylike to be refunded for the very cold pizzas. This was Pizza Huts mistake not mine. I keep both emails as proof that they wereto be delivered to two different addresses. Read more

The pizzas were good, the customer service experience was lacking. I arrived to pick up my order approximately 5 minutes later... than the time predicted by the Pizza Hut app. No one was at the counter although I could hear employees in the back socializingand talking loudly - I had to get their attention for service. I then find out my order was not ready and had to wait severalmore minutes. It is usually not my practice to tip before the service is complete but I did in this case.....I would have takenit back if I could have. Read more
