This pizza hut has a lot of great deals and some great cooks in the back. Every time I order from here, it is always a slam dunk... and they are always on time with the order. Always go with the pepperoni classic as you will not be disappointed. Also do nottry to eat anything in your car here, you will drop or spill something. I love the pizza and the ambiance. The only thing that was missing is a sign to let the costumers know to use the other door. We... tried the two other doors but it was locked we found the third door to get in and when we were inside we figured it out why theylocked the two doors. Tricky. Read more
If I could give this Pizza Hut a negative 0 star I would! The night staff have TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Keep you on hold about you ongoing order, no response back. Ordered pizza on app. Had a 110 minute wait time. Ordered anyway. 150 minutes later. No pizza. App says still 'in the oven' and... no one will answer at the restaurant, I've been on hold for almost 30 minutes. If you call their number "NEW ORDERS" go throughimmediately to a call center and they will not answer any questions about existing orders and try to forward you to the storewhere no one answers the phone. No I have to hope the pizza shows up and can't go get food somewhere else because there is noway to cancel the existing order or contact anyone in store. Read more
We have been waiting for our pizza outside the Disney hotel for 1 )?hour after they told us it would that 1hour and 40min to... arrive. The guy on the phone is HORRIBLE HIRRIBLE HORRIBLE. I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst customer serviceever. They charged my card and they won?t give me a redound now for an order we never received. I am SO FRIKING MAD.. If you would use the app the prices are way different! So get the app the staff is very friendly her name is Candy and the Zack... in the back they will help you out immediately! Don't forget to order with the stuffed crust with mozzarella cheese that's thebest also don't forget your Parmesan cheese and your crushed red peppers in the end! I just wanted to share a positive experience. The call center messed up my order and actually did not even put it through. The... manager and the female employee took care of the order right away and even gave me a order of breadsticks for free. I know itcan often be tough working in these chain restaurants, but it's nice to know that there are still some people who care abouttheir job and want to do right by the customer. Read more
