It was very busy, but the service was good. The only problem is they didn't ask it we wanted mild or spicy or white or dark... meat. So they automatically gave us dark meat witch we don't like. It would have made it better. Read more
It amazes me that some owner invested their money into this business and allows it to be run soo poorly! The chicken is still... pretty good so from time to time I'll endure the total lack of customer service and professionalism. Went there for the chicken sandwich. Service was pretty bad. When I got to the till, the receipts roll ran out and the lady... had to call the supervisor. They messed around with it for a while, then just chatted to each other for a few more minutes. Eventually they turned to me and asked if I was ready to order ! Read more

I have ordered from this place through Uber Eats multiple times. The last 3 times my order has been incorrect. My receipt... clearly states that I wanted two boxes of spicy chicken with a breast and a wing. They gave me mild chicken with a thigh and aleg. They also stopped giving straws and napkins. Though exhausted and hungry, we explained that our moving Uhaul truck would not fit under their low drive thru space when we... tried to enter the dining room. On Thurs Sept 16, 2021 a very unprofessional and rude restaurant manager refused to serve us atthe drive up window, no explanation, just raw ugly arrogant bias. The employees seemed kind and cooperative but the blondmanager was unecessarily and shockingly hateful. I suggest you GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO AVOID THIS LOCATION, no matter what! Read more
Cleanest and best popeyes ive been to in a long time. Staff is always super friendly and nice. My fries were a little soggy but... i placed a mobile order and got stuck in traffic so i get it. Would just recommend ordering when you get there so everything isfresh. I know they would have gotten me a fresh order if i asked, i was in a rush though and it wasn?t a big deal. Read more
