I received message my online order is ready to pick up, then I arrive the store in 5 minutes. But when I arrive, they said it is... not ready. Then I wait another 25 minutes, I saw there is a bag just leave at the table long time and nobody notice it. I askedthem to check it, they said that is my order. When I go back hotel and ready to eat, all food is cold. BTW, they didn’t giveme tableware, I have to eat all food by hand! Terrible experience. Read more

Food was ok although one guests burger was undercooked and had to be remade. Drinks were routinely forgotten and had to be asked... for refills. Waiter also forgot two add on salads which we just canceled. Disappointing for a Red Lobster. Read more

Visited during the week that Red Lobster was offering endless shrimp, which was a nice bonus to find. Our party ordered a fairly... wide range of things, including the lobster and crab legs — everything that we were served was well cooked, but the servicewas very slow considering how quiet the restaurant was. I ordered the soy salmon bowl and it was soo good. Despite a very busy crowd, our host was able to seat us in about 15-20... minutes. They were honest and realistic about their wait time which I respect and prefer. The food was delicious our waitressmade sure we had our biscuits. I dropped my mask on the floor and they kindly gave me another one. Overall, their service isdefinitely a 5-star. The quality in their food has definitely gone up and so has the service. Read more

Had a fantastic time with my family at this Red Lobster location. After a really bad experience at a different Red Lobster... location we decided to give this restaurant chain another chance and we were pleasantly surprised. - Our dishes were delicious,fresh, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Compliments to the chef. - Staff was very nice and took the time to provide us withexcellent service. - Lobster rank was full and they allowed my son to touch the biggest one they had. - Bathrooms, kitchen anddining areas were very clean. I enjoyed looking at all the decorative tiles in the mens bathroom which had many different seacreatures on them. Based on this experience, we will visit them again. Read more

Delicious! This was my 1st time at this location and it was great. I wanted clam chowder soup and it always hits the spot,... especially with their cheddar biscuits!! I ordered the pick 2 for dinner; garlic shrimp, 7oz sirloin along with a loaded bakedpotato. We saved room for dessert and ordered the brownie ice cream mousse, soooo good!! Our server Shantel was super friendlyand she provided great service! We had a fantastic date night here I highly recommend! Read more
