Rita?s Italian Ice Corporate, today at 5:05pm I visited my local Rita?s. Alex from New Jersey helped me out with getting my... girlfriend and I tasting samples along with recommendations of what?s best. There were 3 groups of people?7 people total whofollowed us in the door. Once we made it to the register, Alex was helping everyone else out behind us. We made eye contact with2 other employees (1 male 1 female) multiple times and waited for over 5 minutes at the register. While they were casuallytalking about their day with their hands folded, we waited along with the rest of the line. Thankfully Alex stopped halfwaythrough serving the line to help a few of us at the register. We stopped at this place at random and it was ok. They have a good variety but were out of a couple things (not a big deal). The... place was quiet (slightly awkward for an ice cream place). It was pretty clean overall. The service was ok but the guy didn?tseem very happy to be there. There was a random freezer (not being used) in the corner of the seating area. The icecream and Italian ice were delicious, the vanilla cone though was kinda small and the concrete icecream wasn't filled... all the way in the cup. With the prices a little high I think they should give u more. I have to say though the staff was sofriendly!!! Read more
