This particular store needs a LOT of improvement: Customer service training, some signs directing where to order, where to pick... up, where to pay. If it wasn't for the fact my kid wanted pizza I would have walked away after ordering. This is the worst placeto have bad customer service with no proper direction. Being in an airport is already stressful enough without this kind ofservice. Got completely ignored after finding the place to order and after finally making an order there is no clear "next"point to move to. Someone says "next" by a register and after paying I had to figure out where to wait for my pizza to beready. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT KIND OF CONFUSION. Be glad it's not up to me because I'd remove the whole staff and startover. Read more

Terrible staff that makes up their own story. Inattentive and unable to comprehend simple tasks. With somehow worse food.

Came to MCO with my family of 6 tried to order a fresh custom pizza 1st I was told they didn?t have boxes for a whole pizza,... then when I told the girl what I would like she looked around and told me I can just pick from what they already prepared, Itold her every one doesn?t eat the toppings that they choose and that we also wanted it fresh she told me that they couldn?tmake me my own pie, as them man behind her stretched out dough and add sauce and toppings 1st pizza place who LITERALLY deniedme a pizza. I have never seen a group of employees that hate their job so much. They have the worse attitudes, and it is very obvious they... don't want to be here. There is 1 lady that has been here for awhile, Priscilla, and she is the only friendly one. She alwayssays hello. I work at the airport, and with price increases and terrible customer service, I am seriously thinking of notreturning. Read more

It looks like a place of work where all dreams died. They serve food, yet the staffs look like they havent eaten for a month,... too weak, no smiles, too lazy and does not care at all. They touched my food with no gloves and they wore mask like they workedat the virus factory. My 6 year old can do better service than them. Please don't eat at this location unless you want to wasteyour money away. Read more

The girl at the counter seemed insistent on not leaving the register. When I asked if I could order she said ?she will help you... down there?. That woman was dishing up pasta and busy while register girl stared off into the crowd then left for the back roomfor a couple minutes. My pizza was in the oven literally 30 seconds and cold by the time I sat to eat it. One customer in frontof me getting pasta and one behind me. Could have moved much faster if register girl helped her coworker. Seemed very workavoidant and pizza was cold. This after long flight delay due to very slow security and missed flight ???? Add to the misery. Horrible staff! Patiently waiting with my 8 year old for our pizza. Two customers that ordered after us... received their orders. When we asked the staff about our order they pulled out our pizza and had to ask another staff if it wasburnt - it was obviously burnt even to the eyes of my 8 year old. Overall very insensitive to customer needs. Read more

I absolutely love Sbarro... I essentially go to one everytime I see them because of their consistent nyc style slice of pizza. ... However, this location is terrible. The dough was improperly made and gummy and the register guy was confused and not veryfriendly. Skip this one Read more
