This was the best shake shack I went to in Orlando, the burger tasted fresh and juicy, definitely worth going for the double. I... asked for the cherry peppers to be added to the standard cheese burger rather than getting the bacon one, not a fan of the baconin the states. Same great taste and quality like the Shake Shack we are in Charlotte NC. Lines can be long depending on the time of the... day. The only issues is that we observed that the tables weren't cleaned by staff after people leave. We saw other peopleincluding us having to clean our own table. The other issue is that the restrooms could be cleaner. Read more
This place was much better than I expected, we waited around 20 minutes in line and 15 minutes to get our food since it was... incredibly crowded, At that moment I was expecting the food to be spectacular. And let me tell you, it was. The burgers were bigbut very tasteful, the fries with cheddar cheese were great, specially the cheese. And the strawberry shakes were better thanany milkshake I have ever tried. If it was cheaper, which isn?t really their fault, I would never step a foot in a Macdonaldsever again. Read more

Something about a Shake Shack is so hard to resist? Burgers, fries, milkshakes that are all super fabulous and served typically... swiftly? It equals a very tempting stop. This Shake Shack is part of the Icon Park Village of Orlando, so it?s a pretty busybut great spot. There are a million things to do within such a small radius as its also right next to I-Drive - so, a juicy,hot and fresh burger obviously is one of those million things! And we so chose this route. It was a rainy night so eatinginside was a good choice. For a ?fast food? restaurant it was pretty cute setup, and definitely more attention to details thanother Shake Shacks I?ve been to. They had a shuffleboard game even in the corner that the kiddos loved. Our food was good, andas we expected. Even though it was a steady stream of customers, we didn?t wait terribly long. I just feel I can?t quite give 5stars because of how difficult it was to order. I?m not sure if it was just the employee helping us or what, but he seemed to beconfounded by the idea that my dad wanted ?everything? on his burger. Meaning he wanted all the toppings. Usually that doesn?tseem like such a crazy request, right? But this employee was so flustered by the fact that my dad would want lettuce, pickles,tomato, peppers, cheese and more all on just one burger, and he also wasn?t super friendly in the way he handled his confusion.It was just weird. So it took a long and painstaking time to order when I really feel it shouldn?t have. Some people seem tomake everything harder on themselves. But besides this the visit was good enough to come back. On a nicer weather day you couldsit on the patio out front where cute strung lights shine the path, and look up at the giant ferris wheel and other busy touristdestinations all within fingers grasp of Icon Park.
