Absolutely the worst customer service. I wanted a takeout kids pasta w/ only butter for my hungry 1 year old and was told I'd... have to wait until 930p for takeout. So they do takeout, just not until later. Okay I could understand that if i was trying toorder a ful course meal for a number of adults - but noodles in melted butter for a child? Come on. So I asked the bartenderper the hostesses recommendation - he too said no, but I could sit at the bar amd order it no problem. So a plate's fine but abox is not. Guessing because he'd hoped I'd sit there and drink too. I should have taken the seat and ordered nothing else andheld it down for only a $5 tab. The hostess was polite and wanted to help but her hands were tied by her unhelpful manager andthe bartender was straight rude. Spend your money elsewhere, the other times I've eaten there the food was mediocre anyway. Read more

The pizza is a great value but the pasta dishes are out of line for pricing. However isyou don’t mind the serving size (small for most American pasta places) and the price the food is fantastic. My family and I stayed at the Marriott World Center last weekend and wanted to have a nice dinner. Due to the extremely mixed... reviews of Siro, we were a bit hesitant to try it but the menu looked good so we gave it a shot anyway. We are so happy that wedid. The server, the pace of service, the food... it was all impeccable. I had the scallops and my wife had the chicken dish andboth were amazing. They have a GF menu and the server was able to help guide us with questions regarding what I could eat. Evenwith it being an upscale looking restaurant, they were more than happy to accommodate our 1.5 yr old and had some really greatkids options. Danny was an awesome server and we will request him next time we are there. Read more
The best vibes, great service, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We would recommend making a reservation... - there was a long wait. Yasmeen was our server and she did an excellent job taking care of us! The bolognese was incredible -noodles were perfectly done, and sauce was so flavorful. The Alfredo was a little bland, but I’d still get it again! The pizza(can’t remember what it was called) was so delicious. We went home with lots of leftovers! Read more
