This was my very first time going to sonics this weekend and I just have to say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of... professionalism and the quality of the food! I was pretty hesitant to go to Sonic at first but I took a chance and was more thansatisfied with the outcome. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future as Sonic is a place that has some wonderfulfood and refreshing drinks. On top of the wonderful and unique experience they provide. Waited 15 minutes plus in drive through because only the drive through was opened. We got there during happy hour. We were going... to treat the family to ice cream after traveling home from visiting family in Pennsylvania. Their ice-cream machine was broken.I'd give zero to 10 negative stars if possible. I love Sonic but unfortunately this is the only location left near downtown Orlando. It was very slow, it took over 30 minutes... for drive through, the speaker wasn?t working well so the employee had to step out and take orders, it seemed to be understaffedand I had to repeat myself multiple times to make sure they got the order right since they kept forgetting and giving me anincomplete order with no condiments. I love the place because it has an unique product that many people crave, but is it with itafter this disappointing experience? We?ll see, you be the judge. Read more
Decided to come try a sonic yet again and was yet again dissatisfied. This sonic has several outside spots to pull up to but... nobody answers, went to the outside menu and stood there for about 7 min and still no answer. Went through drive through andtook a out 30 min to get my food. Got double chz burger with tots and a chili coney. Both tasted like they were not cookedproperly and could only eat half my meal. Then I needed a refill on my drink but this sonic doesn't do refills. (that's thefirst for me). Overall experience is one star. If your in a hurry do not come to this one. Read more
Terrible customer service. Went today and the wait is terribly long. No one at the drive thru and we had to order at the stall.... The young girl who brought us our order was rude and brought the order incomplete and we had to wait again a long time for herto go back and bring what was missing. Never coming back to this establishment. Management / franchise owner; I recommend you toprovide your employees with some soft skill or customer service training. Employees, I recommend you to share your concerns withyour supervisors and not pour your frustration on to the customers. Treat others as you want to be treated. Read more
Always a long waiting no matter if there is one car ahead. Drive through is always very slow so I decided to order through a... stall. Waited 15 min until someone asked if I was being helped. Meanwhile everyone who was at the drive through were gonealready. Ordered one drink, 15 min more and no drink. Went to check on my mega order and paid cash. To finish my great visitthere was a huge cockroach crawling next to the kitchen! Slushy was already melted. This location is very low on customerservice. Read more
Never really understood the purpose of Sonic until I ate there, it?s actually a really good place to get Ice cream or... beverages. The slushy was super sweet but still good, their ?Ocean Water? drink is pretty unique (taste like mint-coconutsprite). Their Ice cream portions are big! And much better than DQ. Read more
Not taking orders from parking slots because they are understaffed. It's not the fault of the employees service is beyond slow,... but not even doing basic upkeep of the property shows that management just doesn't care about this location (see photo). Read more
