Two days ago we had a not so pleasant dinner experience n my wife left a bad review ... The next day around 5 pm Saed contacted... me about the review. He is the chef there. He offered to make all my items free of charge to make things right. And he sure did...everything he made that night was very good . That included bbq chicken flat bread and 20 wings different flavors with frenchfries ..I would like to add that the fries and wings from the night before we're also good . I feel the chicken was cooked toperfection and the sauces were tasty . I gave them five stars because Saed went above and beyond to make sure me and my familywere satisfied I will definitely be returning . This place is not a restaurant despite what the old reviews and photos imply. It?s a snack bar at an adventure park, the food... quality is horrible. Every single person in our party was dissatisfied. We ordered a bunch of products including the margheritapizza which was like if not worse than Frozen pizza quality, we ordered wraps and sandwiches which were all of very poorquality. They didn?t have multiple items that we wanted to order, including chicken wings. The salad options available wereawful because they were out of arugula, the only redeeming item ordered was one of the bowls, which comprised like 90% of rice.Not only that, but we didn?t even get a few items that we ordered. The service was horrid, the food was abysmal, and the priceswere somehow worse than the two aforementioned items. The view of the lake is the nicest thing about this place. I was over charged for my meal. Also when I moved into the apartments I got a coupon for free Flatbread from here which was the... original reason I came here but they did not honor it. I was here for my birthday and had a miserable experience that we endedup going elsewhere. Read more

UPDATE: YALL BETTER BE LUCKY I DON'T GO ON MY OTHER EMAIL ACCOUNTS AND RATE YOU 1 STAR AS WELL BECAUSE TO LIE ON YOUR CUSTOMER... IS ONE THING BUT TO TRY AND BE SARCASTIC ABOUT MY PREGNANCY IS ANOTHER THING. 1. NEVER SAID SHE DROPPED ANY PIZZA 2. NEVER GOT ACALL 3. THE FLATBREAD THAT YOU CALLED YOURSELF TRYING TO CONP FOR A WHOLE PIZZA WAS DISGUSTING AS WELL. 4. Instead of being madat a review improve your recipe and customer service. As a pregnant women I didn't think it would be hard to nail some BBQwings and a pepperoni & sausage pizza. The crust taste like they bought the crust at Walmart and not home made at all and waswet at the bottom and not from sauce. The wings where over cooked and instead of going with my typical pizza place I wanted totry something new. Glad this was under $20 but sheesh. We have seen staff here come & go, some good some not so good. Currently the daytime waitress is friendly and attentive. The... daytime chef has done well on the last 2 lunch meals. Read more
Nice chill neighborhood bar and grill. Food and drinks are reasonably priced, and staff are all nice. Getting food took a while,... then again they were the only spot open during Hurricane Wilma, probably limited staff. Food was fresh though! Had the gyro,well spent $10 Read more
