The food and drinks are good. The service is horrible, they don't give you coffee sleeves, or coffee cup stoppers. The... explanation that we got was that Starbucks is trying to "safe the planet". How can that manager say that when the sleeves andstoppers are recycled. We went to the one in Lee Vista, the one in Hoffner and even to the one in Winter Park and they all givesleeves and stoppers. That's not Sturbucks is only the manager at Michigan and Semoran. Also at this location the managers usethe dinning tables as desk and do business. Terrible! Read more
This joint is AWFUL. I go to Starbucks everyday and this location I will avoid at ALL costs. Not only are the employee's... careless, rude, and have zero personality but they have messed up a countless number of drinks I have ordered. One time I pulledup to the drive thru and there was no greeting or anything. Come to find after waiting for 5 minutes that they were CLOSED.There was zero warning of this, I went during their normal business hours (it was the early afternoon), and it was not aholiday. Ordered a dragon drink and was literally given a venti coconut milk with some dragon pieces. The guy at the pickup window had... zero personality. It?s unfortunate that the staff could care less about making quality drinks despite the steady priceincreases. The Starbucks on Chickasaw however is amazing and I would highly recommend the drive to that one if you?re in thearea. Read more
I aways ask for TI Icd Wht Mocha this is the 2nd time they get my order wrong. I am very upset and it seems to be the same... person in the drive thru I do not think my order is that hard to get down, I have been a manager in the past for the foodindustry the keyboard is not that hard to manage all I wanted was the drink from the 2nd picture. and a person who drinksStarbucks everyday will know the difference between these 2 I was able to change the first time they did the order wrong bc thecolor was green but this time I left trusting my order bc it looked just like the regular drink I order. I?ve been going to this Starbucks location for a long time now since it?s the closest to me. They are very nice and friendly... however there is always the constant problem that my drinks aren?t made the way I ask for. This morning I stopped by the drivethru as I was headed off to work and notice that the drinks are full of ice (more than what a normal drink has of ice) and notmeeting what I asked for meaning I?m not getting my money?s worth. It hasn?t been the first time it happens at this location.All other locations I?ve been to around the area I?ve never had an issue with. I just hope they can start paying more closeattention on order requests since as a costumer using the drive thru, we can?t always have the time to pay attention to thedetails at that moment . I guess I?m better off stopping by at any other location when I?m off to work. The pictures are afterwe let the drinks water down. The grande drink didn?t even have the taste it should have and it can be seen in the colordifference that it?s missing more of the strawberry base. Read more
They're always great. I love the Carmel bruise and Carmel apple spice drinks as well as there souffles... And if you get the... chance, try the biscotti, they have the only ones around that don't taste like a dust rag... The sugar plum dainish is excellentas well as the gingerbread biscotti! Read more
