It's an average Starbucks like no other. Lines are almost going out the door since it's in a university. I'm more surprised by... the lack of customer service, though, in this particular Starbucks. They have 5 or 6 employees every day, yet it takes them solong to make the drinks when there's barely any line in the morning. It's annoying to wait for your drink when you only seethree people doing work while the rest of them stand and watch chattering with each other. Read more

Pretty good but if you are ordering a refresher order light ice, if you don't you will get ice with refresher not the other way... around. If you like a decent amount of ice I recommend ordering a cup of ice on the side or a cup of water with ice. Read more

Great service, coffee is amazing 9/10 times. It's busy alot during the fall/spring semesters with a long wait, but if you go... during class hours it's not as bad, and it dies down progressively through the semester. The staff is always super friendly andthe place is very clean! Read more

This Starbucks is better than others outside the campus I think. But it?s too busy during the daytime. You need wait a looooong... time to buy a cup of coffees. So most of time I took a break there but don?t buy a coffee. They decorate the store pretty welland have many seats to take a break. But you could imagine how busy on the school days. Anyway, this is a still a good choice ifyou want a place to rest and get a coffee. Read more

This is one of the couple of times that I have been to this Starbucks on campus, at first it was okay, I was slightly annoyed by... the fact that the prices for the protein boxes were visible until today (8/1/18) and come to find out when checking my receipt(s), I was up-charged a $1.50. i'm not exactly sure why, all I know is that it's extremely frustrating. Also, today, it took thebaristas 15 minutes to make my drink and by the time I got it, looked as if it had been drank out of. I've never ever had thisexperience at any other Starbucks but this one (especially with the up-charging) and have placed a complaint to Starbuckscorporation. Read more

I was on campus for a meeting in a building close by so I ordered a breakfast sandwich. That was my last time. About 7 people in... line, 1 cashier, and 5-6 employees standing behind the counter on the Bakery goods side goofing off, talking, and laughing. Oneof them constantly touching her hair, but not once going to wash her hands. The cashier was a sweetheart. I finally received mysandwich, which luckily wasn't made by the girl touching her hair or I wouldve ask for a refund. And a good part of it was verycold but I didn't get to it until halfway through. I hardly go to Starbucks because they're out of the way for me, but I'll goto a freestander next time, they tend to have better customer service and products that are made correctly. Read more

A line with 15 customers and only ONE cashier working is pretty pitiful! As busy as the location of this Starbucks one would... think they would hire enough staff. Today was the final straw for me! Waiting in line with 15 other customers when the sameslow cashier allowed a soccer coach to skip the line and go behind the counter to put two orders in. When we started to call herout on it she simply replied, "he's a regular." If you don't mind wasting time in long lines and don't have nowhere else to gothen feel to hang out here. Read more
