My daughter and I went here to grab a caffeine fix which was much needed to hit the park full force in the morning. Needless to... say yes the line was long but I was expecting that. Everywhere in the park the lines are long for food and urgency isn?t usedanywhere when trying to serve customers. The one thing that was most appalling was the food case where they displayed the food.There had been mold on every food item in the case! I know it?s display only but ???? yuck. How could you let that fester andgrow there in the case? What else is unattended too in the store? Read more
Starbucks, Starbucks, Starbucks.. This is.. yep, it?s a Starbucks. This one is on the Islands of Adventure side, though there... are also one a piece in Universal CityWalk and Universal Studios areas. This one is particularly easy to pass by. It?s not themodern sleek outside with a bright green sign. It blends in because it?s designed like the entrance of Islands of Adventurewhere it?s located- more of an Arabian, desert oasis Middle Eastern setting. But nonetheless, I?ll say again it is a Starbucks.They have their normal coffees, refreshers, and pastries, none too affordable but very consistent with what can be expected fromthe chain. It?s nice to sit in their outdoor seating with a drink and relax a little. They don?t have any indoor seating. TheHulk ride is also right there so you can hear all the screams and it?s fairly entertaining. The employees can be pretty hit ormiss, they are either incredibly nice or hate their lives, but all the same, this is a classic Starbucks (tired of me sayingthat yet?), theme park style. Read more
I have never seen a more ridiculous wait for a drinks and food. I?m sure it?s because there are so few places in Universal to... grab a coffee and breakfast but surely they realize this and can up staffing? I have photos to post of the 25+ people waitingand the only 5 deep line of people ordering. Ugh. This was about 9am on Monday morning. SO glad I only ordered a drip coffee. Iwanted food, too, but I didn?t want to wait an hour! Read more
Place is no busier than a regular Starbucks but you have 2 people on register, one waiting to just hand out drinks and ONE... person slowly making them which chatting on the phone about what she did last night while the pick up line gets longer andlonger. Expect to wait an hour or more to get your drink here Read more

Perfectly handle a crowd! They clear a line of 20 people or more deep in a matter of minutes, all while smiling and continuing... to engage with customers. Service is quick and best baristas who always make my drink perfect :) Cozy atmosphere and cleanenvironment!! The inside is always very clean and feels more comfortable to me than most other Starbucks locations!! Read more
Great location withen Universal. You still can get the universal edition of we were here mugs here but I hear they are getting... rid of them all soon. Waits can be long at peak Park hours so be wary. Other then that, staff are friendly, place is kept lean,and you can expect the Starbucks quality you are used to at this location. Read more
A great place for coffee in the middle of a theme park. Just keep an eye and ear out for your drink or food or a distracted park... guest might snag it as there own. Read more
