Agree with previous reviews. Service is very slow. Part of the order was overlooked, and not received until speaking out myself.
Bad staff. Charging $1 for water in this heat and explaining it was because the cost of the cup and water. Badly trained staff
I took my family here in February. First time ever at a star bucks. They used magic marker to cross out all the prices. They... were offended and refused to tell me how much the items I was interested in, claiming they couldn't until they had alreadychecked out. They finally told me the prices when I became loud and everyone in the completely packed store was staring. I willnever go to one again. Very rude, deceiving, and expensive. Go woke, go broke. Slow, slow, SLOW! I can't say it enough. This location is extremely slow. There is no sense of urgency. The employees are all... doing there own thing. The cashier keeps walking away. The line is all the way to the back of the store. The manager is hidingin the back. This is a hotel location and it's been like this every day! Starbucks, get a new crew in here ASAP! Read more
Friendly, Efficient and truly awesome team members. This is a resort based Starbucks so be prepared for a line, and if you... didn't expect that your head is in space. Of course there is a line, duhhhh.. go early or after the morning rush. Honestly thebest Starbucks experience I've had. Read more
This Starbucks is the worse. There was a huge line and every employee was pretty much in there own world. Finally it was my turn... and while making my order which I always get from Starbucks, was told "We don't have that. No Starbucks can make or carryanything like that." Instead of giving them any attitude, I down graded my order. Then was told again they don't have that whenthe person right before made the same order. Yet again changed my order a few more times because they don't have or make orcarry. Got something for my friend and ended up going somewhere else. The next person in line made her order and got what Iordered after hearing they couldn't make it for me. I did not want to create a scene or cause any issues. I will never comeback to this location and made sure to share with friends and family. Read more
My family just ordered here and the (5) drinks were all wrong, and my dads drink was just pure milk and the other drinks were... just as bad or worse than that, so I?d suggest not going there, but go there at your own risk if you want bad coffees. Read more
