This Starbucks location is just okay. Especially after experiencing the Starbucks at all the Disney parks, this one?s service is... definitely lower-tier. Not as friendly or helpful staff members. The music is very loud, so it?s challenging to hear thecashier. They do NOT scan for points at this location! No indoor seating - outdoor only. Lots of table space inside. The merchis not themed. WENT TO STARBUCKS ON SUNDAY 07/24/2022 at 5:50 cashier CECE most disrespectful cashier ever. Trying to buy some coffe didn't... know the exact name, she was rushing me. She made faces, I felt she acted extremly racist because of my accent too. I amescalting this to corporate offices. Worst experience ever. On top of that I got the wrong order, got a lemonade FULL OF ICEMOST EXPENSIVE CUP OF ICE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. First time I feel DISCRIMINATED at Starbucks. Read more
The only good coffee in the universal studios.
Not the greatest Starbucks location, everything was clean and the drinks tasted fine but the trashcans were overflowing, this... location does not accept mobile orders or mobile star scans, and the cashier was not very clear in answering our questions, healso strangely kept his hand in and out of a water cup...? If i could give it zero star i would. Unbelievable. Took an hour for a drink Carmel frap. They got everyone else order but ours... and they had one sitting their for a while with no name. Absolute horrible. One girl was taking forever i dont know her name butif i did i would say it. Dont waste your time coming here, people dont know how to do anything. Do better. Read more
