I ordered the wrong drink by mistake. I thought it was a cold drink and I order a hot one. It was so hot out that I didn't want... it. The guy at the window was so amazing. He didn't want me to leave sad and unhappy. He made me a cold version of what Iwanted. I have never seen such amazing service. They were busy and he worked so fast. I was impressed! Thank you ???? Every single time I visit this location I have a great experience. Staff is friendly and engaging, order is always correct, but... I keep it very simple. The new chocolate cream cold brew is definitely a go to, and I acquire points to get free items on theapp. I order ahead frequently on the app at least 10/15 minutes before I arrive and it is always ready on time. I have been to this Starbucks 2x. There are always 4-5 people working there and may be 1-3 people in the store. I know they... usually have folks in the drive in as well. Both times I have been in there, everyone is running around like a chicken with itshead cut off and all they ever say is " I will be right with you" about 3x before they help you out. They have no menu to lookat. They tell me the food in the case is what they have. No substitutions, for ex, you can't take sausage off of something ifyou do not like sausage, but like all the other ingredients on the chosen sandwich. I would not go there again. Ordered online in line, they couldn?t find it for a moment and then said oh well you only ordered it 9 minutes ago. I understand... that they?re busy, but she asked me to repeat my order and then seemed cranky I was there so quickly. That said, the coffee hadway way way too much ice, but was delicious. I don?t drink it fast, my venti was gone in four minutes because of the amount ofice. I?d take a pic but I left it in the car while I went into the doctors office since it was gone already. So, yummy as usual(I always only get one pump of syrup because it?s super sweet), but, they might need more coffee themselves. Editing to addpics. I'm at this Starbucks literally every morning. The staff is great, the drinks and food are on point 99% of the time, and it's in... a prime location. If anything is ever wrong with what you ordered, the baristas are quick to correct the issue and friendlyabout it. The best thing about this location is the massive amount of seating/tables. There's always a spot to sit and chat orbring your laptop to work on. The worst thing about this location is the parking lot/drive through set up - it's constantlybacked up but honestly the biggest reason for this is that it's not physically laid out in a good way. Pro tip: mobile orderahead to save yourself some time. This location is almost always busy and on Friday/Saturday it can take a while to get yourdrink unless you mobile order/skip the line. Overall this is my favorite Orlando Starbucks and I'll continue to go daily. Read more
