Ordered an iced Americano, what I received was very watered down. It didn't even look like coffee. Looked like iced tea. I said... something to the baristas, but they didn't seem to think it was a problem. Five bucks for water with a splash of coffee?Seriously? Read more
Ordered a cold brew with a minimal line infront. It took over 20 minutes and the three families were offered gift cards for... their inconvenience while I was never addressed in the same manner about the long wait. I?m not sure what I did or didn?t do tobe offered the same customer service. While I did receive my drink after the long wait, my order was made incorrectly just totop off my bad experience. The worst Latte I have had anywhere in the world. It was so strong that the caffeine kept me up half of the night. They also... tried to get me to pay a 20% tip that I have never been ask to pay just for coffee in the US. Read more

Great new Starbucks location across from the Nike outlet store and front entrance of the outlets. As this one is a smaller kiosk... and farther away from the food court area, it tends to be less busy and inferior able to get your drink faster. And becauseNike has a long line, a family member can stand in line there and the other can go over and grab a refreshing iced coldStarbucks beverage to enjoy while waiting. I ordered a frappuccino, and my order came out right away without delay. They had ahuge selection as the normal Starbucks menu does, even though they are a kiosk. Even though this is outside, they still havefloor markers and I think they prefer if you wear a mask when ordering. As there is no door to exit or enter, it is the idealordering location for anyone with mobility issues or in a wheelchair. Read more
