I witnessed a sad exchange between a customer and one of the baristas. Arguing out loud today with a customer who purchased a... simple drink and calling the customer rude. It was so disappointing and rude. Terrible customer service. Read more
Never had a bad coffee from any Starbucks. That's one thing you have to give to them. Normally in a chain, the quality can vary... between different locations. Starbucks is always the same great coffee. Service maybe, but never coffee. Read more

I'm pretty disgusted right now. I'm a Starbucks regular and have one drink I get Everytime. I know how much it costs and my... $4.55 drink magically became $7. They charged me .60 just to add heavy cream. Who knows what else they added to make that muchof a difference. It's a huge rip-off and I'm so disappointed. Read more
Great place but the line gets long. More staff may help. There is a crowd path, so they know it gets busy.
