The self service kiosks have done wonders for Steak N Shake. It was always a favorite of mine but finding good service became a... myth... now it's just you and the cook, and the food is always fresh, hot, and fast. Very good burgers and perfect French fries! Since I discovered Steak n Shake, we won't ever go at the red/ yellow clown burger... restaurant! And their shakes are awesome as well! I mostly order at the drive-thru and they are quick and never did a mistake.Employees are always courteous as well! Thumbs up to this location and its team! Read more
Not satisfied at all. They have done away with servers, have to use a touch screen instead of a menu and the portions were very... small. A person with vision issues can't see the screen. You have go get your order after your name being called out. Not a goodsetup for people that have mobility issues. Read more
They still have great hamburgers and fries for a good price. Food is always straight off the grill fresh and quality of meat is... still great with generous amount of toppings if you desire. You might not be in and out like McD's but quality and freshness offood doesn't compare. Read more
Staying the weekend to go to universal and decided to order online. When we got our food our fries weren't even full let alone... barely halfway. Our milkshakes weren't full either, more around 3/4 full. Food was warm but having to pay for a large and getless than a medium is agitating. Read more
I gave this restaurant two stars only because the food is half way decent. However, the 20 minute wait for my double steak... burger who?s Patties are so thin, I?m surprised the cook didn?t get paper cuts. I don?t know about other Steak n? I had never been to this place and I wanted to try the milkshakes with my wife. We order in store 2 milkshakes. We saw them... being served and we also saw them stand in a corner while we waited 20 minutes for them. When I asked for them and let her knowabout the wait time sAnd that is leaving a tip I cant imagine if you dont leave oneaface and looks at my receit like she doesn?tknow what I am talking about me being the only customer there.
