Used the steak and shake app to order. They gave my order to someone else. Told me to go home and call the app. I had to pay a... second time to get food. Phone number doesn't work. I called the restaurant and no answer. Went back twice to finally talk tothe owner. After 3 days and hours of back and forth I finally convinced them to give me a gift card for the amount I lostbecause they gave my food away. Never ever use the app again. All these people are ignorant and incompetent. Read more

Milkshakes were great. Wait was a bit long. Very polite and accommodating. Could do a little better with making sure the cups... are wiped off prior to handing it through the window & making sure to provide napkins & spoons. Read more
To be honest my son and I had a great experience! The food was really good, the restaurant was clean, and the lady who gave us... our meal was very friendly. I don't know why more people don't eat here? If you are on the fence, swing by and have a goodburger, fries, and shake then you'll see how good it is for yourself! Read more

I always visit the restaurant on East Colonial because the food is always fresh and hot. The management and their entire staff... serve you with respect and much care. If they get your order wrong the management will gladly correct the issue no questionsasked. My favorite burger is their garlic double pattie with cheese and I load it up with lettuce tomatoes white ring onionswith extra garlic sauce. All of these extras are free! No additional charge for adding your favorite condiments ???? Next time Ipromise to take a picture of my juicy fat mouth water burger. Yummy ???? Read more
Literally the worst Steak N Shake experience I've ever had! So bad it's funny to me. I was emailed an ad that advertised Steak N... Shake delivery. I clicked the ad to order. Somehow, after finalizing my order, it showed as a pick-up order and not delivery.There was no way to cancel online or through email. After spending 30-40 minutes calling the store to cancel my order, I wasconstantly told by the manager that it's no way to cancel and that I would have to cancel online. Below I show you the resultsof that. So eventually, I get to the restaurant, and I introduce myself. By the way, it's about an hour and a half afterordering. The manager then gives me the order that was made when I ordered, after initially telling me it was made 5 minutesago. I look at the receipt, feel the bag, and notice how cold it is. I asked if I could at least get a milkshake. The managerrips open my bag, grabs the milkshake, opens it, and tell me it's still good. Hahaha!! After an hour and a half of sitting outon the counter! I'm not kidding, there was no whip cream in the cup. It was all warm and melted. The guy didn't even wash hishands before going through my bag! I WILL NEVER EVER go back there again!! They seem to have learned from the scare that they were given during the pandemic. There are these awesome slick new ordering... kiosks and when my meal came out that looked like it was a picture from the advertisement. In my mind, this means they're payingless people more money. It's more human that way. It also tasted just as great. I've been a loyal customer and I do believe Iwill continue to do so. Thanks! Read more
