This store has the the worst customer service ever. I came today to buy sub, there were 2 employees at the time, the old lady... really nice and welcome, but the young girl really rude when taking my order. I wearing mask which make it a bit difficult tohear, but her attitude was mad and kept telling me to repeat. She was seem not happy when customers coming in. I usually never write reviews but this is something that I want to bring to the manager attention. I come there all the time... because I work at a department store in the plaza. I don?t go there as often because the atmosphere is so negative. I get it (working is not fun and it can be stressful but it isn?t fair to put negative energy upon people. Smile, greet customers whenthey come in. I work all the time and of course I hate it but again ? I?m not going to be rude to people I don?t know. They have a manger (tall white guy) who is very rude!!! Does not listen to customer orders, utensils are dirty that they use on... ppl food and wanna throw in your face that he is the manager ( like anyone cares) I didn't bother want my sandwich and told mybf to pay for his and he took up the 2 sandwiches not allowing my bf to get his food!!! This is a great subway! The nice gentleman (unfortunately I didn?t get his name) has given my husband and I excellent service... many times regarding our oatmeal cookie orders! He even made our night with free cookies! We definitely will continue to givethis store our business! :) Read more
I can't speak for others or other employees but when I came to this Subway location on 5/6/22 before 1PM, whoever the crew was... that was working during that time did great. Really good customer service, did their jobs well, and I'm not sure why but eventhe bread tasted better than some of the other locations. Great job by that staff! Read more
