The service is good, but not consistent across board. Everyone kind of does their own thing. You can tell they are inundated... with pickup orders and the employees inside. It should be there people there at all times. Times have change and staff shouldreflect that. Cookies are not consistently soft, sometimes hard. Employees do too much while customers are in the store. Thisis not everytime, you just don't know what you are going to get when you come in. Read more
Came to this location after we saw a scary long line at another. Glad that we did...we were greeted as soon as the door opened... with a hello. Joshua was so kind and helpful. Not sure if he was a manager but if not he should be. Very well organized and hismulti tasking skills are beyond words. Made sandwiches, checked in online orders, served pick up orders, while remainingsanitary of course. He was calm as it got busier and also seemed to be training another employee. The gentleman that made our subs made them with care! He didn't pile on the toppings like some do, and when you're eating it, it... all falls out. Great service and a very clean restaurant! Open late, which is great if you're late at the ER at the hospitalacross the street. ???? Read more
