The lady is sooo sweet and is a Hard worker it is a Friday night & its 1 person working that is unacceptable and can?t be... policy!!! I've had it TWICE where this Subway with it's workers want to close earlier than the signage. First time, the door was locked... and they said they aren't taking orders and second time I walked in and they said their system was down. I don't recommend thisat all. They either need to correct their operating hours or stop giving excuses each time I walk through the door. Read more

Wanted to leave a good review since you don't know how good something should be until you get it bad. Haven't been to a... Sub-Way in a while but stopped here on a short VaCay and the sandwiches were excellent. You could tell the lady running it caredabout the product. 1 employee working on a Friday night. Walk in, there's 1 person in line, so I'm thinking this won't take long at all. Said... employee looks up at me and looks back down. No hey how you doing, or even a hello. I notice he has 3 subs half made and heisn't interacting with the person in front of me. He finishes making the subs and puts them to the side. Ok, so I'm thinking hehad an online order come through and he's finishing them up. Cool, no problem. He then begins to make the subs for the person infront of me, and I've been in the store about 6-7 minutes now. No problem. Here's where things go downhill and fast. So he putsthe subs for the person in front of me in the toaster, and I hear the ticket machine start printing out another online order.This dude still hasn't acknowledged me yet and starts making the online order instead of serving me, as I was next in line andit's now going on 10 minutes. Another group of customers walk in and they get in line to wait for service, and one guy asks howlong I've been in line. I told him about 10 minutes and the person in front of me asks why the employee is making online ordersinstead of finishing his order. Employee mumbles something and turns around to get the subs out of the toaster and finishesthem. By now it's been 15 minutes and I'm next in line, but said employee goes back to making online orders and still doesn'tacknowledge me. The people behind me start grumbling as well, and after another 5 minutes, he finally asks what I want. Hewasn't friendly, didn't apologize for the wait, and didn't want to throw out old brown lettuce and replace it with fresh lettucewhen I asked. Horrible! Guy taking our order had the look and personality of not wanting to be there. Sandwiches were skimpy at best, tea... containers were disgusting looking and didn't look like they had ever been cleaned. Clerk asked if we wanted medium or largedrinks, we opted for small as we were dining in. The small was a paper cup. Both of our cups immediately began leaking and Iasked if we could just grab 2 medium cups since they were plastic. She was annoyed and handed me 2 more paper cups and said shetried to tell us to get the medium. Since the second paper cups also leaked, we had to double cup our drinks and not take themwith.
