Went today and no one in store a gentleman comes up behind me skips to the register and it was someone in assuming is a regular... but the girl comes from the back completely ignores me and takes his order after she saw I was there first. Then when I askedfor my usual she tells me that they don?t have and that they have been short for a long time but when I went last week the kindolder lady worked her magic and filled some of it back up. I was highly upset and I try not to but she didn?t even say sorry fortaking the gentleman first when she clearly saw I was waiting for her to finish talking with her friend in the back and then shewants to say they?ve been short for that specific thing for a month. Like I understand things finish but I?ve been in two timesthis month and have had no problem and every time she?s there it?s always the same excuse just because they don?t wanna check inthe back or don?t have it ready in time for lunch Read more

I been going to subway for over 10 years now, always love it, I know there motive is to always serve fresh and be friendly .... This particular location I did not like at all. The two ladies who worked in the front were extremely rude one was older andyounger both were disgustingly rude and kept rushing me. None of them smiled I felt extremely uncomfortable here. Two staff people working there. They seem to be more concerned with baking the bread and setting up, than customer service. ... Even though we were the only customers, we had to wait while they are busy doing other things. Read more

We were absolutely discussed with the service at the subway at John Young and Town Center yesterday afternoon. From the moment... we walked in we noticed this particular employee, I belive her name was Imani, was working with a bad attitude taking care ofthe customers in front of us. At taking my order I had to repeat myself, she left my tuna sandwiches seating on the counterafter she took them out of the oven getting cold and exposed to bacterias in the air, that's very unsanitary and unprofessional, because she had the audacity to take care of other people behind us. She was supposed to finish preparing our order first, wrapthe subs first before they got cold and continue with our salad since her coworker was attending other people in front. Wewalked out empty handed and extremely angry. This has been the worst service ever. If she doesn't want to work she should befired or learn how to take care of paying customers, is not like we were getting them for free. Read more

Staff was rude and complained about having to work while making our sandwiches. I understand working on a holiday can suck but I... find it rude to express that while serving customers. Bread looked undercooked and they carelessly put our sandwiches togetherin a rush to get us out of the store so they could go and hang out in the back. We have been to this one before a couple oftimes and absolutely love the manager that works here but the staff today made our experience very unpleasant. Read more

Went close to 7PM on 11:15/16. Line was short and moved quickly. 2 employees, both pleasant. I only eat one thing, and 1... thing only from Subway. I was looking SO forward to this. They ran out of tomato. No biggie, I added my own at home butthat's kind of a big deal for a sub place, don't you think? Restroom (ladies) was gross. Unfair to staff and customers to beso cheap on labor. Everyone suffers and it kills moral. So typical for central Florida. When you finally do have staffingright, half of them call in sick or don't show up. Oh well. Read more
