Came to this location regularly for years. Always excellent. The new employees have killed this place. Cooking multiple... sandwiches in the toaster so no sandwiches cook right. Half my cheese came off in the toaster and he continued to make thesandwich without the missing cheese. Had to say something and make him correct his mistake despite him seeing the cheese falloff. Mumbled under his breath and poor communication skills. Back to firehouse around the corner. Read more
Stopped by for a quick eat after the gym and was pleasantly surprised with awesome service!! Michael is awesome, with a great... attitude and very attentive. Never visited a subway with such great staff!! Definitely will be back for the great service alone. Read more
This is one of the best subway location I have ever visited . The older lady that works there always makes my day , she is very... inviting and funny. Went to Subway at this location the sub was made , however, great service was okay , but for reason, the worker failed to put... my subs in the bag when I asked for a bag. She handed me the bag and I put the sub in the bag , but this is not Subway's policyI've never encountered this kind of behavior at Subway before. when you ask for a bag they put the food in the bag , so maybethe employees need to have some education or in service that they are to put the sub into the bag , not give the customer thebag to put their own food in . I thought it was a little disturbing, I don't know what was going on with that worker with hermultiple earrings in her ears eyebrows or wherever they all were located and this ought to be addressed that proper customerservice or good customer service needs to be well-rounded and balanced . Customer asks for a bag put the items in the bag, we'renot walking out the store with our sub in our hand , but to put the sub in the bag not give the bag to the customer because itjust doesn't look right and it's poor customer service. However , the sub was good, though so I will applaud Subway for freshfood fresh bread , but the employee look like she she needed some assistance and understanding Subway normally puts the sub inthe bag and not hand off their duties as employees.
