We came in with high hopes that were not fulfilled. The food was mediocre but the desserts were phenomenal. Some staff was great... and attentive our waitress however had zero other people to wait in (picture proof below) and yet she spent more time with herfriend who came to visit then checking on us including forgetting one of our items we ordered. Just because tip is automaticallyincluded in the check doesn’t mean you don’t have to do your job. The food was obviously sitting for a while before servedto us. Again desserts and drinks were great. If nothing else this place is entertaining! We came here while visiting FL & it was my hubby’s birthday. They have a whole... birthday song & dance that they do with a list of songs to choose from! Now while the food portions are hefty the food is verybasic. I had chicken & waffles which came with a leg, breast, thigh, & wing. It was a lot but some of my chicken was half done &my waffles were dry. My mom had the same issue with her food. My daughter had pasta but said it was a bit tasteless. The Buffalowings were pretty good. My husband said his food was ok. I will say that the drinks were great & the vibe was fun! We had anawesome waitress. The 20% gratuity is a real thing. By Far One of the Best Desserts, My Spouse and I have ever had. The Restaurant is Pricey but Worth It. Recommend Reservations it... was Pack and Busy on a Sunday Evening around 9:30pm. Fun Atmosphere. Very Loud. Definitely will be back to try other Desserts. Read more

Such an entertaining place for the kids. Great birthday celebrations happening all around us. They turn up the music and the... wait staff make a production of making sure everyone knows there is a birthday being celebrated. The ice cream delights aredelicious. We had a couple of brain freeze going on due to the kids drinking their shakes so quickly. The drink choices areexpensive. The menu for drinks are in such small font either a 4 or 6 font that it is hard to read. The food was ok it was moreabout the experience. It is pricey and definitely a tourist place or local birthday place. Overall fun experience. The food is mediocre, the hamburgers were cold, the french fries were warm, the drinks were good And the service was excellent.... The food quality hasn’t really improved since they opened! I don’t know why we keep coming back to try the food I’venever comes to the table hot And I have no idea why they have such a difficult time accomplishing this task. Oh and theartichoke dip tasted very watered down it had no flavor. My friend really liked her cocktail, but I wish we would’ve gonesomeplace else for food it wasn’t good!. And the service Was excellent, we liked our bartender, but you might want to try adifferent place to dine. I suggest they step up their game and Try their best to bring out hot food! Our small meal was $125, wedidn’t get it one of those fruity candy drinks or milkshakes either and they include a 20% gratuity which is fine, but AgAini was super disappointed in the food quality! The worst we went here for the whole experience. First off it’s crazy loud and I mean over loud.and very crowed. I keep... getting bumped by waiters. They where out of everything and the candy part is like nonexistent.They already put 20% gratuity onyour check!which I’d have no problem if your waiter was good. I paid almost 40$ for a drink I did not really want since theywhere out out everything. Also was told they did not have some shake but when we where leaving plenty of people had the shake Iwanted. Food was tasty and the rainbow burgers where fun. They could use a staff update those. Not all host or waiter wherenice.
