Fast and friendly service you couldn't ask for anything more
One of the worst services, it took them 35mins to do a regular order of 3 crunchy tacos and 3 soft tacos, even notice 2... customers ask for refunds due to the long waiting times. Inside there were about 3 customers 1 with food already the other 2waiting which one left so was the person that arrive after me. I notice 5 employees don't know if there was more on the back butthey seem to be lost 3 just talking and laughing, tables were dirty, trash right inside the entrance. I would give the service zero stars if that was an option. The worst place I went to during my visit to US. Staff really didn't... care. I ordered a coffee on the kiosk and then when was my order was called there was no coffee. I had already paid and had toask where the coffee is, they just wouldn't have refunded me or anything. When I asked the woman looked at me like I had leftsomething unpleasant in her shoe and she told me they didn't do coffee? Gaslighting me. I told her I had paid and ordered on onthe self serve kiosk. She then said oh that coffee. I thought maybe she was stoned or something along with the rest of thestaff, They were throwing the orders at customers and getting everything wrong. A delivery guy was there waiting for stuff forthe whole 40 mins I was there. I was then given a cup of the most disgusting liquid. It wasn't coffee and it wasn't hot. It wasroom temperature liquid that had a gallon of corn syrup and no coffee. It was so freaking bad, I'm still feeling sick justwriting this. I also got a taco which was barely warm. Basically one person working, it was quiet inside and was just people waiting for food. Not worth the wait unfortunately. Not... sure where everyone else was but the guy running the place did a decent job on his own. It's the only reason I give as manystars as I did Read more
Absolutely love this taco bell. The food is great and it always comes out really fast. The area is pretty loud unfortunately but... I cannot blame that on the restaurant too much. Prices are a bit higher than what I remember but it is still that classicmexican american food that I love. The doritos locos taco was great and so was the burrito and quesadilla. Hygiene issue with a black girl with long hair in a polo shirt. She pulled out her phone while preparing food with gloves on.... After touching the phone she did not change gloves. Almost wanted to walk out after seeing that cleanliness issue. I dont whereyour phone has been. Don't want your germs on my damn food. Read more
Straight up finessed this taco bell. There was a free taco with your order deal. That was their first mistake. We kept making... orders from the self order screens for just one free taco and nothing else using different names. I would have to say don't getthe kebab, though. Read more
Frequently out of Baja Blast, occasionally forgets my cheese sauce for my nacho fries. But when you approach the staff with a... good attitude, they'll do their best to help you out! Very friendly even at their busiest, and they work hard to get your foodout quickly and efficiently! Great option on my lunch break, although it's often the safest option to order ahead ;) Read more
