Why serve cheese that tastes like crayons and feet. If you can?t serve the correct food then just steal my money. It?s the same... thing. Slowest "Fast Food", 38 minutes to serve 4 vehicles in the Drive Thru. You get trapped in this Drive Thru so sitting there... wasting gas while someone tries to figure out how to serve. Read more
We went at 9 - location closes at 10. Sat in the drive through ignored for almost 15 minutes. I then called and they picked up... the phone, I could hear laughing/shuffling in the background for about 45 seconds then they hung the phone up. Would give 0starts if I could! Love this taco bell. When they did the taco lovers pass I had it for 3 months. It was a great deal and I loved having a taco... almost every day. They stopped the taco lovers pass, bummer! They also stopped serving the meal that we always got. It was agreat deal at $5. I guess they figured out how much they were losing. It still shows up on the menu but they won't let me orderit anymore. Don't like that! Read more
1st time back since the fire. The outside redesign looks great and inviting. Althogh the inside lacks space but comfortable.... There is no menu to look at. If you are old school, it will take some getting used too. Unfortunately, service was not thebest. The supervisor at the time did not seemed to have much control of the staff. 1 of the preps had his mask off and wasreally not interested in doing his job. A whatever attitude is what he displayed. There were also 2 other staff that werearguing about their breaks which could be heard to the front part of the restaurant. Very unprofessional. Our order was not madehow it we requested it either. I ordered three nacho bell grandes with specifically meat and cheese. When I opened the bag there was barely any meat on it. I... spent 19 dollars for just cheese and chips. If I wanted cheese and chips I would've gone to publix and buy its for way less.This is what my order looked like. Read more
Extremely Poor , We were rushed at the speaker while making our decision. At the window there were two employees..man and... woman...the woman asked if we'd like sauce .I asked for both hot and mild .we were only given mild. I asked again for hot. Sheliterally rolled her eyes as if I was bothering her..I stated as such..I could hear them laughing as we pulled away..once homenot only were we missing a taco our food was cold and slopped together and on top of it all not one napkin in our bag.
